Friendly and helpful staff made check-in pleasant.
The air conditioning in my room was unbearably loud, disrupting my sleep every night. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, constantly dropping and making it impossible to use when I needed it. The gym was completely broken down, with outdated equipment that felt unsafe to use. It was frustrating to pay for amenities that were essentially useless.

The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the accommodating staff. I appreciated the 24-hour lobby access. it made things very convenient. The price I paid was reasonable for the quality of service provided. While the hotel was busy, I noticed how attentive the staff was, contributing to a pleasant experience.
The air-conditioning unit in my room was quite loud, which disrupted my sleep.
